Feedback on Wholesaledress.net

Oppsssss!! I know its been a while since I've updated my blog. Feeling demotivated to write because I dropped my camera and I couldn't take any pictures :-(

Okies.. feedback on the this website

1. The items arrived!! and this website is definately NOT a SCAM!! they exist!! so don't be worried about ordering online on this website!

2. The only problem I had is that the delivery is not as fast as Unm-fashion. It took them around 3 weeks to arrive. After 2 weeks, I'm beginning to feel really anxious whether my items would ever arrive! But thank GOD it did! Unm-fashion took only a week for delivery and whenever u send an e-mail to enquire about the items, their staff will always reply. They give u a sense of security that its safe. haha! That's the difference.

3. If you don't mind waiting, then this website is definitely better. Their clothing prices and courier charges are much cheaper too!! But it all depends on what are u looking for. :-)

So, if u are thinking about ordering from this website, then just go ahead! It's legit !!

I were going to purchase products from http://www.unm-fashion.com Did you buy your clothes from the same website? I'd love to know whether they are scam or not. I appreciate your help. Thanks :)

Hi olce, Don't worry they are not scam. I ordered from them twice! so its okay. Yes, i tried ordering from 2 websites- unm-fashion and wholesaledress.net. if you want faster delivery time, then u should order from unm-fashion. Both are okay. Tried and tested. Not scam!! heehe.. good luck!!

good luck Kortiza!! Just make sure u google the "promotional code" for additional discounts! Also, please bear in mind of the sizes - it can be kinda small and short! good luck!!

I love unm-fashion so much, I ordered to them for almost three times, but something happened... at first i had a smooth and hassle free transaction to them. I gave them a compliment saying that i really love their stuffs sooo much!
then i had my 2nd transaction to them...
when i received my order 8pcs of my order are wrong, i sent them an email saying that i got the wrong item and they replied "According to our rule, if we send customers the expensive one,
We will not refund anything.
So now you make ordered them in your next order, we will check your order carefully" ok i did not do anything because they assured me that they will going to check them carefully. and besides the 8 items are just headbands, i just gave them as a give aways on my customers here in Philippines.
my 3rd transaction to them is WORST, i ordered some dresses and watch. Again they sent me the wrong one, i ordered a red watch then they gave me a red watch but different to what i ordered. ok lets just say if its just a watch, that would be no problem to me. BUT... upon checking on the dress that i ordered one of the dress has a slit on the bottom. So, i got the wrong item and the damaged one.
i sent them an email saying that i received a damaged dress and a wrong watch. They replied:

"according to refund rate:
Send the wrong item
Usually we will refund 20% of the amount of the expected item.
If the actual price is 20% more than the expected item, we will give up the difference and don’t give extra refund.
If the actual price is 20% less than the expected item, we will refund the difference plus the 20% of price of the expected item.

Obvious defects,
Need be amended
50% of the amounts of that item
bad sewing of small area
hole/broken because of bad sewing
small hole on the cloth.

Total will refund you 6.8usd*50%+ 2.9usd*20%=3.98usd,
will keep for your next order.
will pay more attention to your future order.

They said that they will only give me a refund. That is so unfair, on the first place I SENT THE MONEY PROPERLY AND THEY MUST SENT MY ORDER PROPERLY.

I sent them a message thru yahoo messenger asking them to replace my order because im not satisfied on what they sent. and the replied:

"scott China(one of the unm staff): we can send the right goods to you but you should send back the wrong one first after we received ,we will send it and you have to pay the shipping fee in this situation"
scott China: no,we can not do like that ,if you wonnot pay the shipping fee ,we will not send the items again

ME:i am going to pay for it? ur crazy!, its ur fault then ur telling me that i will shoulder the shipping fee?! its ur fault u need to send the item to me! ive done my part,u MUST DO YOURS!

after that conversation, they did not answer me back.

I felt bad on what happened. Put ur feet on my shoes, u will also do what i did if u receive the wrong item, where in u pay them right then they gave u the wrong one.

I dont want to do this, I dont want to send u a review like this. But I guess this is the right thing to do. If they have a rating in zero(0) i will put zero as worst.

I'm not a customer who orders a lot, im just an average customer who orders enough. But please eventhough im not that kind of customer who place a BIG order on ur website, Im begging you please dont take me forgranted.

Currently i work as a customer service representative here in Philippines, as a customer service u must have patience to ur customers and give what they want.(IF IT IS UR FAULT ANYWAY).
What i experienced at UNM FASHION is not a customer service at all.

Oh my!! they are horrible!!! How can they expect you to give a send back to them the wrong item? Your cost of sending back will be more than the amount of the product! Terrible!!!

Btw, Mads-facedown, hehee.. i'm not part of Umn Fashion! I'm just a customer just like you. I know it can be pretty frustrating when it comes to dealing with them. I still have credit like 13 dollar in the account, for the items that was missing but I was too lazy to use it! I hope you have a better expereince if there is a next time. I don't order from any China websites anymore. I go to Thailand to buy my stocks. Its cheap and you dont have to pay shipping cost except for the flight of course! Just complaint on their website!! give them a piece your your mind!

my name is Charita and i will soon start my own fashion webshop here in the Netherlands.
I have ordered some things at UNM, but did not make the payment yet, as i wanted to read the reviews first. I really have my doubts right now after reading some of the comments. What should i do? Does anyone have a more websites of wholesalers where i can buy nice clothing for my fashion webshop?

Hi Charita,

So far, I have only ordered from these websites listed. I have not tried others. They are not perfect, they have errors and can sometimes be very rude! But based on my experience, their stuff is okay. Its all hit or miss. If you are doing this in a large scale, I would suggest you go to the factories and get them yourself :) It will be so much cheaper and safer as well xx
