See What You Love, Love What You See



One of the best things you can do for your eyes is to get them checked by your doctor whenever you have a physical examination. If you're having trouble seeing or you've been getting frequent headaches at the end of the day, get your eyes examined by an eye specialist.

Eat lots of fruits & veggies! Carrots, loaded with beta carotene are especially helpful in maintaining healthy eyes.

Avoid wearing contact lenses for more than 19 hours. This can cause permanent sight damage as well as extreme discomfort.

Wear UV protective sunglasses.

Try not to spend so much time looking at your computer screen

Let your eyes rest and take good care of it!
